The penthouse is located in a protected building with a recently restored façade, designed by the renowned Valencian architect Javier Goerlich.

Both ceilings and walls have been insulated with 25 cm Termochip, supporting excellent thermal performance in summer and winter, especially important in a penthouse.

The residence is currently offered unfurnished so the future tenant can adapt it to their own taste and needs. Furnishing can be discussed by agreement.
Thanks to the integrated carpentry and built-in solutions, only a few pieces are needed to complete the home: sofa, table, bed, bedside tables, island stools and terrace furniture.
